Job Description

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Saw Setup & Operate - 4th Shift (Hamilton, OH 45015)
Pay Rate:
$23.00 | h.
Available Shift:
4th Shift — Friday/Saturday/Sunday, 6am-6pm
Experience Required:
1-2 years of saw experience
Requirements:
Background Check, Drug Test All requirements are contingent upon successful completion prior to start. If you'd like to be considered for this opportunity, you're welcome to express interest. Participation is completely optional, and contractors may choose this shift if it aligns with their availability. Job Summary Set up and operate saws per print specifications for customer orders while following ISO requirements, safety rules, and housekeeping standards. Roles & Responsibilities Set up and operate saws according to print specifications, shop orders, and inspection charts. Maintain production standards. Work at any workstation as needed. Inspect product using calipers, tape measure, and squares. Perform rework on nonconforming product. Complete all required documentation. Maintain a clean and orderly workstation. Train new employees when assigned. Successfully complete required safety, quality, and ISO training. Preferred Skills Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to work with fractions, percentages, ratios, and geometry. Strong reasoning and problem‑solving ability. Detail‑oriented, organized, able to meet deadlines under pressure. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Basic reading, writing, and math skills. Ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions. Physical Requirements Regular standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands/tools. Lift up to 55 lbs regularly. Close, color, distance, and peripheral vision; ability to adjust focus.
Pay:
Up to $23.00 per hour
