Monday-Thursday, 5:45 AM-3:45

PM Pay Rate:

$19.00-$21.00/hr (Based on Experience)

Location :

Hamilton, OH Screw Machine Operator Requirements/Qualifications Resume and interview required. Connector PPW required. Previous machine setup/operator experience preferred. Maintenance, mechanical, automotive mechanic, or trade school experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to use tools and machinery safely. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. About the Screw Machine Operator Role As a Screw Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include: Set up and operate Acme and Davenport screw machines. Load bar stock into machines. Fill machine fluids and remove chips from equipment. Perform tooling changes, tool sharpening, and tool adjustments. Make machine adjustments to maintain quality specifications. Monitor production and inspect parts for quality. Assist with troubleshooting and machine maintenance. Assist other operators with tool changes and equipment setup. Assist with training other employees on screw machine operation and setup. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety and quality procedures.
