Experience Requirements Previous experience as an Assembly Technician, Mechanical Assembler, or similar manufacturing role preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Basic math and measurement skills Job Duties Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly specifications Assemble components and products according to engineering requirements Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications Troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment Document assembly issues and process deviations Partner with engineers and quality teams to improve manufacturing processes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with training new team members on assembly procedures
