Job SummaryWe are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join a leading manufacturer of automotive components in London, Ohio. In this role, you will assemble, inspect, and package precision parts while maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build a long-term career in manufacturing. Responsibilities Assemble automotive components according to work instructions and production standards. Operate assembly equipment and use hand tools as needed. Perform visual and quality inspections throughout the assembly process. Package finished products and prepare them for shipment. Maintain production goals while ensuring accuracy and quality. Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures. Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets. Perform other production and assembly duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required. Experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus. Ability to use basic hand tools and production equipment. Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions. Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed.
