Responsibilities Assemble automotive components according to work instructions and production standards. Operate assembly equipment and use hand tools as needed. Perform visual and quality inspections throughout the assembly process. Package finished products and prepare them for shipment. Maintain production goals while ensuring accuracy and quality. Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures. Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets. Perform other production and assembly duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required. Experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus. Ability to use basic hand tools and production equipment. Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions. Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed.
