LEAD Operator

Now hiring a LEAD Operator for a manufacturing company in Medina. Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm. Weekly pay at $19 per hour.

Job Duties:

Serve as lead operator on a high-priority production line, ensuring consistent output and quality. Operate plastic extrusion machines, Herrhammer machines, and other production equipment. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and product standards. Support and guide team members to ensure smooth production flow. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report more complex problems to maintenance. Other duties as assigned.
