Slitter Assistant Operator/Machine Operator:

We are looking for and induvial who is looking for their next or first opportunity in the manufacturing industry for our client in Medina, OH. In this position you will ensure product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Slitter operators are actively engaged in the work they do. Operators work together to solve problems and learn new things. They are eager to cross train within their departments and beyond.

Pay:

$17/hr

Shift:

Monday-Friday 7a-4pm (Paid 30 minute lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out the Quality Management System Make custom products according to specifications Efficient set up and changeover of the machine to maximize production time Completing paperwork accurately Daily cleaning of equipment and work area to minimize product defects Conducting final inspections of product quality Identifying waste and reducing or eliminating it Working alongside slitter operators and assisting with tasks Train and learn how to operator slitter machines

Minimum Qualifications:
