This role ensures parts are threaded to precise specifications while maintaining quality and production standards. You will inspect finished products, make minor machine adjustments, and maintain a safe and organized work area. Training will be conducted on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate tapping machines to produce threaded fasteners and nuts Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met Perform minor machine adjustments and routine maintenance Maintain accurate production records and follow safety procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred Ability to use basic measuring tools such as calipers and gauges Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
