Description:

Essential Job Responsibilities Load raw material into hoppers and manage regrind as directed by the Operator. Monitor and tend downstream equipment (pullers, laser counters, winders, or hand spooling stations). Package finished tubing (spooling, boxing, labeling) according to order requirements. Perform visual inspections of product for surface defects, print quality, and packaging integrity. Perform dimensional checks (OD/ID/wall) using micrometers and calipers. Record production counts, scrap, and basic quality data accurately. Keep the work area clean and organized following 5S principles. Assist with material movement, empty gaylords, and scrap removal. Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements. Communicate issues or quality concerns immediately to the Operator or Supervisor. Support changeovers and line clean-ups as needed. Grind bad tubing in the regrind area in free time to be recycled back into the lines.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and follow written work instructions and labels. Basic math skills (counting, weighing, simple measurements). Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required by production needs.
