The operator will be responsible for running a single or twin screw extruder with various materials according to specifications to produce high-quality products. Responsibilities
  • Operate single and twin screw extruders for Nylon and other engineering grade resins.
  • Measure and weigh materials using scales, hoppers, tippers and Forklifts.
  • Handle materials efficiently in the warehouse
  • Package finished products for distribution
  • Utilize forklifts for material handling
  • Demonstrate mechanical knowledge in troubleshooting equipment issues
  • Work with hand tools to adjust machinery settings Qualifications
  • Previous experience in extrusion operation preferred.
  • Familiarity with operating forklifts with minimum 2 years experience.
  • Proficiency in using scales and understanding tare weight.
  • Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Strong understanding of materials handling procedures
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques
