Full-TimeInova Staffing is hiring an Electropolish / Passivate / Wash Operator for a precision machining company in Painesville, OH. This position is responsible for operating finishing equipment and ensuring parts are processed correctly and meet quality standards.Responsibilities:
Follow detailed processing instructions for each jobLoad and unload parts onto fixturesOperate electropolish, passivation, and wash equipmentAdjust machine settings including volts, amps, temperature, and processing timeInspect finished parts using gauges, microscopes, and other inspection equipmentMonitor equipment, gauges, controls, and timersMaintain chemical levels and finishing systemsClean tanks, contacts, and equipment as neededFollow all required chemical and workplace safety proceduresRequirements:
