The Machine Operator I follows standard work procedures, performs routine inspections, supports equipment changeovers, and contributes to efficient production operations while developing proficiency across production processes. What will your day look like? Operate assigned production and packaging equipment according to established work instructions. Verify products are assembled and packaged according to specifications. Conduct routine in-process and end-of-line quality inspections. Accurately document production, quality, and inventory information. Monitor equipment performance and notify supervision of safety, quality, or operational concerns. Assist with equipment changeovers and line setups. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Safely load materials and packaging components into equipment. Support production goals while maintaining quality standards. Work effectively with team members across departments. Complete cross-training activities as assigned. Other job duties as assigned. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED preferred. Manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
