Hour Full-Time Available Shifts:
1st Shift Monday through Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Overtime may be required until 6:00 PM based on production needs 3rd Shift (30 cent shift differential) Sunday through Thursday 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Overtime may be required based on production needs Job Summary Topre America is seeking Assembly Operators to produce automotive components through assembly and robotic welding processes. Successful candidates will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. Duties and Responsibilities Produce parts at established production rates (JPH - Jobs Per Hour) Operate and work alongside robotic welding equipment Load and position automotive parts on welding fixtures and jigs Complete required production documentation accurately Read and follow work instructions, operational standards, and procedures Perform quality inspections on products and components Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with 5S standards Rotate through various production tasks as needed Prepare finished products for shipment Work effectively with team members and other departments Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of manufacturing machinery and equipment preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email) Basic math skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, or related experience preferred Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment preferred Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift Ability to work well with others in a team environment Strong attention to quality and safety Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift Must be available to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Benefits 401(k)
