In this role, you will be responsible for creating embroidery designs on a variety of garments and hats, ensuring each piece meets our high-quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of beautifully crafted garments, supporting our commitment to excellence and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate is passionate about precision work, possesses strong manual skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines and embroidery equipment with precision and care. Measure fabric and materials accurately using measuring instruments to ensure correct placement of embroidery designs. Follow detailed design specifications and quality standards in production to produce flawless embroidered items. Handle fabric materials carefully, including manual cutting and fabric handling, to prepare pieces for embroidery. Maintain safety standards in production by adhering to proper machine operation procedures and safety protocols. Conduct dimensional measurements on finished products to verify accuracy and consistency. Support garment construction, sewing, serging, and seam construction tasks as needed to assist in overall manufacturing processes. Qualifications Experience with sewing machine operation, including industrial sewing machines and sergers. Knowledge of embroidery techniques and machine operation is highly desirable. Familiarity with measuring instruments and fabric materials used in garment or upholstery manufacturing. Understanding of quality standards in production to ensure high-quality output. Ability to handle materials safely, including fabric cutting and materials handling procedures. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently within a team environment.
