A Filling Machine Operator operates and maintains machinery which fills containers at a production or manufacturing facility, or a distribution hub. These machines may also seal and weigh the containers.
Our client, a local paint manufacturer, is seeking a Paint Can Filler to join their team. As a Paint Can Filler, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the filling, labeling, and packaging of paint cans. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Monday through Thursday, 8am•6pm; Friday 8am•noon What's the Job? Fill paint cans one at a time, ensuring accuracy and quality control Label and package finished paint cans efficiently Read and interpret packing batch lists to maintain proper inventory and production flow Stand for extended periods and lift 5-gallon tubs as needed Work independently with minimal supervision to meet production goals What's Needed? No prior manufacturing experience required; all levels considered Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items safely Strong attention to detail and focus on quality Good reading skills to interpret batch lists Reliable attendance and good performance history What's in it for me?
