What You'll Do Operate production equipment to process customer parts according to work instructions Load, unload, and handle parts and materials throughout the production process Inspect finished and in-process parts to ensure they meet quality standards Use basic measuring and inspection tools to verify parts Perform routine quality checks and accurately document production results Move materials and work-in-process products within your assigned work area Keep machines and work areas clean, organized, and safe Perform basic equipment care and maintenance as trained Identify and communicate quality or production concerns Follow established safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals What We're Looking For Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts and components Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures Basic mechanical aptitude Basic computer skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn new processes and take direction Why Join Us?
