We are hiring Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing operation in West Salem, Ohio . $19.45/hour

SCHEDULE

12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM OR 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

ROTATION

3 days on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off

NO MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE?

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Production Associate on the extrusion team, you will: Operate and monitor production equipment used in the vinyl extrusion process Inspect finished products to make sure they meet quality standards Package, label, and prepare products for shipment Use basic hand tools including snips and chisels Accurately measure materials using a tape measure Move materials throughout the manufacturing area Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe Learn and become trained on multiple production lines Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals

WHAT'S THE WORK ENVIRONMENT LIKE?

This is a fast-paced manufacturing facility where you'll be on your feet and actively working throughout your shift. The plant is not climate controlled , so you must be comfortable working in varying temperatures. Overtime is mandatory when required , so candidates must have the flexibility and availability to work additional hours when needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for people who are: Reliable and have excellent attendance Punctual and ready to work Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating schedule Able to read and understand basic English Able to accurately read a tape measure Comfortable using basic hand tools Able to lift up to 50 pounds Safety-conscious and willing to follow procedures Team-oriented and willing to learn High school diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing, production, extrusion, assembly, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus — but NOT required.
