The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, works well in a manufacturing setting, and is committed to maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform dip coating operations while following precise specifications and quality standards. Inspect components for proper coating coverage and identify any defects. Handle materials safely and efficiently to ensure smooth production flow. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
