In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for assembling products using various hand and power tools, ensuring quality standards are met, and efficiently preparing items for shipment. Your mechanical knowledge and factory experience will be vital in maintaining smooth operations within our manufacturing facility. Duties Assemble products accurately using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge, following detailed work instructions and safety protocols Operate forklifts safely to move materials and completed products within the warehouse or manufacturing floor Prepare finished goods for shipment by packaging, labeling, and verifying order accuracy Conduct quality checks during assembly to ensure products meet company standards and specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency in the manufacturing environment Assist with inventory management by tracking parts, supplies, and finished goods within the warehouse system Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks to meet production deadlines and improve workflow processes Qualifications Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred Mechanical aptitude with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely in a warehouse setting Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control during assembly processes Basic warehouse experience including inventory management is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively within a team environment Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks safely Join us in this energetic role where your skills will directly impact our production success!
