Machine Operator - 2nd
Shift Pay:
$26-$28/hour

Benefits available upon permanent hire Must-Have Requirements Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience Comfortable working around industrial machinery and equipment Ability to read measurements and follow production specifications Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production work Dependable attendance and ability to work the full 2nd-shift schedule Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions Position Summary The Machine Operator will operate and monitor production equipment used in the manufacturing process. This position is responsible for setting up equipment, loading materials, monitoring production, checking finished products for quality, and making basic machine adjustments as needed. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and able to consistently produce quality parts while following safety and production standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Set up and operate production machinery and equipment Load raw materials and components into machines Monitor equipment during production to ensure proper operation Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Use measuring tools to verify parts meet required specifications Complete production paperwork and document completed work Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines Report equipment problems or quality concerns to supervisors Meet daily production and quality expectations Assist with other production duties as needed Additional Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ready for your next opportunity?
