Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-9:30 PM, with overtime and weekend work as needed Job Overview We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Plate Saw Operator for our second-shift team in Glenpool, OK. This position is responsible for processing aerospace materials, so we are looking for candidates who take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Safely operate plate saw machinery and related equipment Measure, mark, and cut materials to precise specifications Read and interpret basic blueprints, cut sheets, and work instructions Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (OHCs) Maintain an organized and safe work environment Follow production schedules and company safety procedures Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines Qualifications Excellent communication and teamwork skills Proficient with computers and measuring equipment Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and cut sheets Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a team-first mindset Comfortable performing manual labor and standing for 8+ hours per shift Previous manufacturing or saw operator experience preferred Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing setting Non-climate-controlled facility Long-term opportunity with a growing company Opportunity to work with specialized aerospace materials Apply Today If you are dependable, safety-focused, and looking for a long-term opportunity with room for growth, we encourage you to apply today.
