Machine Operator Are you mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn? We're looking for motivated individuals to join a fast-paced manufacturing team where your skills and attention to detail make a difference every day.What You'll Do:
- Install, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Follow production schedules and work instructions
- Maintain quality standards and workplace safety
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate power equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (70 lbs. with assistance)
- Comfortable working in heat, noise, and dusty environments
