Machine Operator Are you mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn? We're looking for motivated individuals to join a fast-paced manufacturing team where your skills and attention to detail make a difference every day.
What You'll Do:
  • Install, operate, and monitor production machinery
  • Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Follow production schedules and work instructions
  • Maintain quality standards and workplace safety
  • Work closely with team members to meet production goals
What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate power equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (70 lbs. with assistance)
  • Comfortable working in heat, noise, and dusty environments
