TPI Staffing Service is seeking dependable Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Blackwell, OK. This position offers a unique 7 days on, 7 days off schedule , giving employees a full week off every other week.

6:45 AM-7:00 PM | $15.00/hr 2nd
Shift:
6:45 PM-7:00 AM | $17.00/hr Job Duties Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Inspect outgoing materials to ensure accuracy and quality. Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals. Attend daily shift meetings to review progress and receive feedback. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and actively participate in safety programs. Cross-train and learn to operate multiple machines. Perform other production-related duties as assigned. Requirements 1 year of heavy industrial or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required. Strong work ethic, dependability, and commitment to safe work practices. Ability to stand and remain physically active for up to 12 hours per shift . Ability to frequently walk, climb stairs, reach, and work around production equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment and around the elements. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Good written and verbal communication skills. Must be willing and able to work the full 7-on/7-off schedule .
