Job Description
Job Title:
Operator Job Description The Operator plays a crucial role in transferring, stocking, loading, and unloading materials required for production lines. These materials include diffusers, holders, retainers, initiators, o-rings, end caps, sleeves, canisters, filters, tubes, disks, foil seals, springs, support barrels, shorting clips, labels, and generant. The Operator may also be responsible for checking, correcting, or performing rework of inflators. Additionally, they perform quality procedures and audits, including dimensional checks, as required, and conduct visual inspections. Responsibilities Transfer, stock, load, and unload materials for production lines. Check, correct, or perform rework of inflators. Conduct quality procedures and audits, including dimensional checks. Perform visual inspections as part of quality assurance. Essential Skills Experience in manufacturing. Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours per day. Comfortable dealing with explosives. Tech-savvy, as all equipment is automated. Ability to lift, push, or pull 40 lbs regularly. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred. Work Environment Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment utilizing automated production equipment to make airbag inflators. Safety is a priority, and the site prohibits items like lighters, matches, cigarettes, chewing tobacco, vape pens, or e-cigarettes. Shifts are structured as 1st (6 AM- 2:30 PM), 2nd (2 PM

- 6:30 AM). Employees must be comfortable working 6-7 days per week, with rotating schedules providing equitable weekend time off. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Queen Creek, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00
