Swing Shift Compressed Work Schedule Mon - Thurs 2 PM to 12:30 AM Are you mechanically inclined, dependable, and interested in building a career in advanced manufacturing? Our client, a specialized manufacturer of precisionponents for electronics and microelectronics, is hiring Machine Operators. No previous manufacturing experience is required, and full training will be provided.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Operate specialized production equipment that has been set up by a lead or engineering team member Inspect finishedponents and identify quality defects using precision measurement equipment Collect and accurately record production and quality data Follow engineering drawings, operating procedures, and quality standards Assist with troubleshooting production issues and improving processes Progress toward equipment setup, programming, maintenance, and performance optimization

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Reliability, a positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn Mechanical or technical aptitude and an interest in hands-on work Strong attention to detail when inspecting products and recording data Comfort using basic math, including algebra and geometry Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a team U.S. citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
