If you love the rhythm of production, take pride in precision, and thrive on meeting deadlines as a team, this role is for you. A day in the life (Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.) You clock in, review the production queue, and bring multiple high‑speed digital presses online—Canon and Konica Minolta among them. You stage stocks, confirm job tickets, and check color calibration. As jobs run in parallel, you offload neatly, keep order intact, and move stacks to the cutter. When output drifts, you make smart adjustments to keep throughput optimized and quality rock‑solid. You log routine maintenance, flag any mechanical issues, and keep the workflow aligned with LEAN practices. Midday, you collaborate with customer service on priorities, fine‑tune a file in Adobe InDesign or Illustrator for print‑readiness, and ensure brand standards are consistent across pieces. You might prep variable data for a mailing run, or pivot to large format using a Canon imagePROGRAF, and occasionally assist where needed on a Ricoh flatbed or flexo press. By 4:00 p.m., you've met quantity targets without sacrificing quality—and the team is ready for tomorrow.
