In this role, you'll keep our linen operation running smoothly by supervising daily prep work, training new staff, and making sure every order goes out clean, folded, and on time. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you take pride in organized, quality work and enjoy leading a small team, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day linen prep: sorting, washing, folding, packaging, and restocking orders. Assist with scheduling the daily workload for the linen team. Train new linen department staff and set them up for success. Supervise washing of linens per manufacturer specs and company policy. Stage linens in the correct location for delivery crews. Oversee incoming rental returns — inspect placement and flag damaged items. Submit daily shortage and damage reports; communicate issues promptly. Keep records of linen and drape inventory and cleaning status. Coordinate return of sub-rented linens to vendors. Assist with preventative maintenance of laundry equipment (washers, dryers, steamers, irons). Alert management when supplies are running low. Uphold safety standards and report violations immediately. Pitch in on special projects and fill in for other positions as needed. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience in a linen preparation or laundry production environment. Strong attention to detail — you catch errors before they become problems. Good communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Knowledge of fabric types, colors, and linen care. Comfortable doing math and basic record-keeping. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a warehouse setting. Flexible schedule — weekends, varied shifts, and overtime are part of the role. High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience considered. Must pass a pre-employment drug test. Why Peter Corvallis Productions? A company with deep roots — we've been in business since 1959. Benefits-eligible position from day one. Stable, year-round work with a team that knows its craft. On-the-job training provided for our rental management software. Peter Corvallis Productions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
