Emmaus, PA Machine Helper Responsibilities:

Read all orders and special instructions thoroughly; communicate any unclear or unusual details to the machine operator or supervisor. Set up the bundling area efficiently to support maximum machine productivity. Create neat, accurate bundles according to order specifications or supervisor instructions. Assist the machine operator to meet production requirements in a timely and organized manner. Continuously monitor product quality to ensure it meets company standards. Support preventative maintenance efforts, including cleaning with pressurized air or other approved methods to maintain machine efficiency. Notify the machine operator or supervisor immediately of any breakdowns or issues affecting machine performance.

Machine Helper Requirements:

Ability to read production orders accurately and interpret schematic drawings. Proficient in using a tape measure to verify product accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift. Strong bundling and stacking skills to maintain production flow without delays. Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
