Job Title:

Manual/CNC Machinist, 2nd

Shift Full-Time Schedule:

12:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday-Thursday (10-hour shifts - enjoy three-day weekends!) About the Role Join our skilled team producing high-precision parts in a modern shop. You'll operate manual and/or CNC machinery to create components that demand accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate manual and/or CNC milling machines and lathes to craft top-quality parts Experience with Proto

TRAK CNC

mills is a big plus! Bonus for familiarity with Doosan machines (like the 5700 Mill or Lathe) or Fanuc controls Set up tooling, fixtures, and programs for efficient runs Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to deliver exact specifications Assemble components and perform quality checks Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues quickly Use hand and power tools to fabricate and finish parts Apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and minimize waste Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized

What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in manual and/or CNC machining (mills and lathes) Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of complex equipment Skilled in tooling setup, adjustments, and optimization Forklift experience is a plus for handling materials Comfortable with hand/power tools and safe operations Knowledge of lean techniques to boost efficiency Keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence Excellent problem-solving skills - thrive under pressure in a dynamic shop
