Machine Operator

Our client is currently seeking experienced and motivated Blow Mold Operators to join their manufacturing team in Levittown, PA . This position plays a vital role in ensuring production runs smoothly by operating and maintaining blow molding equipment to meet daily output goals. The Day-to-Day:

Set up, operate, adjust, and clean blow molding machinery in support of production requirements Conduct routine weight checks and make necessary weight and tooling adjustments Perform daily cleaning and basic troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance Meet or exceed daily production goals while maintaining product quality Keep work areas and machinery clean and organized in compliance with safety and cleanliness standards Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production protocols Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support overall manufacturing objectives

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with prior lead experience Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of blow mold machinery Proven ability to meet performance goals and maintain high standards of quality Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed

Pay Rate:

$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

2nd shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00
