Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate machinery. You'll ensure the interminable and efficient running of production. Excellent benefits, two 12-hour shifts to choose from. A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have a willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency. Responsibilities Be present for all scheduled shifts. Setting up machines to start a production cycle Controlling and adjusting machine settings. Feeding raw material or parts into semi-automated machines. Utilize tooling and precision measuring instruments to ensure specifications are met. Conduct routine preventative maintenance on machines to ensure operational efficiency. Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the manufacturing process. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of tooling, and precision measuring instruments. Experience working with manufacturing equipment is preferred. Excellent mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Ability to perform materials handling tasks safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Available Shifts A-Shift - 8:00 PM until 8:00 AM (every other Saturday night, and every Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday night). B-Shift - 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM (every other Sunday, and every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday). C-Shift - 8:00 PM until 8:00 AM (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, every other Saturday night).
