Enjoy a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and motivated Embroidery Department oversee and participate in daily embroidery production. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine technical expertise with team guidance to ensure top-quality results and on-time delivery. Responsibilities Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring correct needle, thread, and design configurations to meet customer specifications for each project

Measure fabric and materials accurately using measuring instruments to ensure precise placement of embroidery designs

Lead and support team members to achieve daily production goals

Ensure embroidery orders are completed accurately, on time, and to quality standards

Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency

Troubleshoot machines and perform routine maintenance as needed

Inspect finished embroidery work against quality standards, checking for consistency, stitch density, and design accuracy

Handle materials carefully, including fabric and thread management, to prevent damage or defects during production

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to safety standards in production and handling equipment properly

Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and efficiency

Train and mentor embroidery staff as needed Qualifications Proven experience operating embroidery machines or industrial sewing machines in a manufacturing or textile environment. At least 5 years of embroidery experience in a fast-paced production environment is preferred

Strong understanding of sewing machine operation. Experience with Barudan machines and Wilcom Embroidery Design Studio strongly preferred

Knowledge of measuring instruments and dimensional measurements for quality control purposes

Familiarity with fabric materials, upholstery fabrics, and their handling requirements

Ability to interpret design specifications and follow detailed instructions accurately

Experience with manual cutting (fabric cutting) and materials handling is a plus

Commitment to safety standards in production environments and adherence to quality standards in all work processes
