Tempstar Staffing in Hanover, PA is seeking experienced Machine Operators for available positions with our client located in the New Oxford, PA area. 3rd Shift Available! Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am.

Machine Operator Duties:

Operate and monitor production machinery Set up and adjust equipment according to production specifications Load materials into machinery and ensure proper operation Monitor products throughout the production process for quality and accuracy Make minor machine adjustments as needed Maintain consistent production and minimize downtime Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures Complete basic production and quality paperwork Report equipment issues or quality concerns to the appropriate personnel Keep the work area clean and organized Assist with other production duties as needed

Machine Operator Requirements :

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience required Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math skills Good problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to frequently bend, reach, lift, and use hands Ability to work around moving machinery Ability to lift and move materials as required Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Candidates must be at least 18 years of age to meet employment eligibility requirements.

$20.00 per hour
