Job Description

A steady trusted and growing company in the plumbing and construction industry, is looking for a skilled Die Setter/Line Mechanic to join their team. In this role, you are the mechanical backbone of production. You ll be responsible for the full changeover of production lines, setting up and tuning precision stamping tooling, and overseeing custom packaging equipment. There are a variety of lines ranging from manual to highly automated, and the ideal candidate can troubleshoot on the fly and keep punch presses running at peak performance. What You ll
Bring:
3+ years of experience as a Die Setter or Die Changer (Stamping or Injection Molding). Advanced mechanical aptitude and math proficiency. Forklift operation experience and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A self-reliant, organized, and communicative work style.
salary:
$49,000 - $52,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 4

Perform full changeovers between product runs, including the setup and fine-tuning of precision stamping tooling and custom packaging equipment.
Equipment Maintenance:
Conduct basic maintenance and complex troubleshooting for punch presses and various packaging machinery.
Line Operation:
Oversee and operate multiple stamping and packaging lines featuring varying levels of automation.
Inventory Management:
Track and manage the inventory of finished materials produced during your shift.
Precision Tuning:
Ensure all tooling is dialed in to meet strict quality specifications.
