Indefinite Job Overview We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operators to join our team in Pipersville, PA for a seasonal apparel production project. This role is responsible for operating commercial embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered logos, names, and designs on apparel products while meeting production and quality standards. Responsibilities Operate and monitor embroidery machines during production runs Load garments, thread machines, and prepare materials for embroidery Inspect completed products to ensure quality and accuracy Follow embroidery specifications, designs, and work orders Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance needs Maintain production records and meet daily output goals Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with additional apparel production and warehouse duties as needed Qualifications Previous embroidery machine operation experience preferred Experience working in a manufacturing, apparel, or production environment is a plus Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and transportation Benefits Competitive pay of $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Consistent Monday-Friday, 1st Shift schedule Seasonal work through March Clean and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to gain experience in the apparel production industry Apply today to join our seasonal team and help create high-quality embroidered apparel products for customers nationwide!
