Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality components and products efficiently. Your expertise in machine setup, operation, and maintenance will ensure smooth production processes while adhering to safety and quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment where precision and productivity are paramount. Responsibilities Production Monitoring — Track equipment performance and production output to ensure alignment with daily targets. Machine Adjustments — Set, operate, and adjust machinery to maintain optimal performance. Safety & LOTO Compliance — Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures, to maintain a safe work environment. Quality Inspections — Conduct routine quality checks on finished goods to verify accuracy, consistency, and compliance with specifications. Equipment Setups & Changeovers — Perform machine setups, tear-downs, and changeovers as required for production schedules. Work Area Maintenance — Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards. Team Collaboration — Maintain a positive, cooperative attitude and contribute to a team‑oriented culture. Documentation — Accurately complete all required production and quality paperwork. Forklift Operation — Operate a forklift as needed (training provided if required). Additional Duties — Perform other tasks as assigned to support production operations.
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
