In this role, you'll work with a variety of CNC machines, perform setups and changeovers, and play a key part in delivering quality products that meet customer specifications. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Produce precision components that meet quality and production standards Perform machine setups and changeovers for various part runs Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed Load raw materials and unload completed parts throughout production cycles Complete routine preventive maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition Support production goals while maintaining a safe work environment What We're Looking For Previous experience setting up and operating CNC machines Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment Knowledge of machining practices and manufacturing processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math and measurement skills High School Diploma, GED, or technical school training preferred Ability to follow safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals We are actively interviewing, so please apply today if interested!
