R&M Equipment Company Inside Sales Support Join our growing team in Spring City, PA as Inside Sales support for our Mobile Power group selling and servicing Hydraulic Pumps and Power Take Off's (PTO's.) ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Exemplary customer service Preparation of Sales and Service quotations to customers Closely navigate and monitor customer databases for quoting, sales opportunities, and order processing Work closely with sales and service personnel to follow up on quotes and open issues Collaborate with all other departments as part of a cohesive team Effectively navigate and use internal software for quote generation and order processing Maintaining and uploading data to electronic files

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced support role Excellent customer relations and communication skills Mechanical and Technical aptitude a plus Computer skills with Microsoft Office This is a full-time, on-site/in-office position.
