Description Operator - 108431 We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operator to join our client's production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and supporting equipment used in production, ensuring all products meet established quality standards. This position requires a strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.

Schedule:

Full-time (1st or 2nd Shift Options)

Pay:

$15.00/hour

•This is a temp to hire position. Key Responsibilities Follow work instructions and carry out tasks assigned by supervisors

Accurately complete required documentation, including travel tickets, set-up sheets, and ERP system entries

Set up and operate equipment in accordance with quality and production standards

Execute assigned production tasks to ensure products meet required specifications

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Basic math and computer skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Willingness to learn and perform multiple tasks or processes

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
