Responsibilities Operate fiber laser cutting machines with precision and efficiency Perform sheet metal bending using press brakes and related equipment Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications Inspect finished parts for accuracy, tolerances, and quality standards Maintain equipment and keep a clean, safe work environment Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and workflow needs Requirements 3+ years of experience in laser cutting, sheet metal bending, or similar fabrication Strong understanding of machine shop safety practices Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Commitment to producing consistent, high-quality parts

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing or shop environment is a plus but not required. Basic knowledge of hand tools and shop equipment. Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and technical drawings (preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn. Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in a manufacturing shop environment, with occasional exposure to noise, dust, and other typical factory conditions. Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods. Capable of lifting, carrying, and handling heavy materials up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
