General Production Worker Location:
Naples, FL Shift:
Day Shift Pay Rate:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience) Position Summary We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented General Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in Naples, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and processing machined components after CNC machining operations. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean and deburr machined metal parts following CNC machining operations. Inspect parts for defects, burrs, surface imperfections, and dimensional accuracy. Operate hand tools, grinders, sanders, and other finishing equipment as needed. Wash, package, label, and prepare completed parts for the next stage of production or shipment. Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production facility. Assist CNC operators and other production personnel as needed. Accurately complete production documentation and quality records. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine shop experience preferred. Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Manual dexterity required to handle small and medium-sized machined components. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and metal materials.
