With a proven playbook and a large base of customer success stories, we're scaling fast, growing 800% year over year. About the Role You'll implement NextRobot's kitchen automation solutions in customer kitchens, from setup and training to daily operation. Above all, you'll make sure every customer succeeds, staying with them until they run independently and see real results. We're looking for a systems thinker who builds clear SOPs and workflows, communicates effectively with everyone from kitchen staff to business owners, and takes full ownership of every outcome.
What You'll Do Implement:
Own each rollout from planning and installation to go-live, keeping every location on schedule.
Build Workflows & SOPs:
Fit our solutions into each kitchen's daily operation and create procedures teams can follow consistently.
Train:
Lead hands-on, on-site training until every team can operate our solutions confidently on their own.
Enable Recipes:
Work with our culinary and technical teams on menu setup, cooking parameters, and workflow optimization.
Drive Customer Success:
Track adoption, remove barriers, and resolve every issue. Your success is measured by your customers' success. What Success Looks Like Launches happen on time, with no confusion. Kitchen teams operate our solutions safely and independently. Customers keep using them, use them more, and see measurable value. What We're Looking For 2+ years in restaurant or kitchen operations, hospitality, training, implementation, or a similar role A strong SOP and workflow mindset Excellent communication skills and the patience to teach Strong organization and follow-through across multiple customers An ownership mentality: you stay with it until the customer succeeds Fast learner of new equipment and technology Comfortable in fast-paced startups and busy commercial kitchens Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (required); willing to travel occasionally and flex hours to customer schedules Nice to Have Culinary or professional kitchen experience Background in food service equipment, technology, or automation

$48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
