Job Description
Work Flexibility:
Onsite Schedule:
Sun - Thurs, 11pm - 7:00am, OT required What you will do: Operate simple manufacturing equipment, demonstrate machining/mechanical aptitude, and learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) standards Perform and assist with in-process quality checks where applicable Effectively communicate with supervisors, coworkers, and incoming/outgoing shifts when applicable Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors Attend and participate in daily team meetings Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends What you need: Preferred High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing experience in cGMP environment Ability to maneuver and lift up to 32 pounds intermittently, with or without mechanical assistance Ability to pinch, grasp, rotate, and place small components repeatedly #INDGQO $22.55 per hour plus bonus eligible and benefits.Travel Percentage:

These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility.
