ERG is currently looking to add a Marketing Leader to our Street Promotions team. In this role you will work closely with our Marketing Director to expand our outreach and build our brand. Pay :

$20/hour + performance-based bonuses

Earning Potential:

Up to $75,000 annually

Responsibilities Lead by example as a top prodcucer in the field Assist with hiring efforts to build a strong team Provide real-time mentorship and support Help new hires apply training techniques in real-world settings Monitor team performance and productivity metrics Provide feedback to leadership on staff developement Requirements A good operating vehicle for transportation Evening and weekend availability Excellent communication skills Background in coaching, mentoring, or leadership Proven track record of strong performance in a sales environment Experience in home improvement marketing or lead generation is a plus
