What You'll Do Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Follow work instructions, documentation, and safety procedures Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments Maintain a clean and organized work environment What We're Looking For We're hiring people who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with tools and equipment.
Entry-Level Candidates May Have Experience Like:
Changing tires or performing basic car maintenance (oil changes, brakes) Assembling furniture, equipment, or kits Using hand tools or power tools Mechanical hobbies (working on bikes, small engines, etc.) Hobbies requiring strong attention to detail and following instructions (legos, model cars, knitting, etc.)
Experienced Candidates May Have Backgrounds In:
