Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm Full job description Metal Fab shop Saw Operator.
Duties:
Cut materials using various types of saws as required by shop router and blueprints. These will primarily be large metal tubes and square tubes. Must be able to read measurements, work off of blueprints and designs Take the finished product back and store properly. Using large table saw for cutting large metal material. Replaces dull or damaged saw blades and lubricates machine. Verifies dimensions of stock cutting and accuracy of cuts with blueprint. Keeps work area neat and clean. Works in accordance with OSHA Safety Regulations. Holds responsibility for wearing proper safety equipment in required areas. Follows the scheduling systems. Receives material per procedure.
