This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow a career in advanced manufacturing. We are willing to train the right candidate. Temp to Hire position. Must be able to work 6am-6pm or 6pm to 6am schedule; 4 days on with 4 days off.

Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Follow production schedules and quality standards Perform basic machine inspections and report issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Accurately complete production documentation Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Desired Background/Skills:
Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
