If you take pride in doing quality work, enjoy working with your hands, and want to learn a skilled trade, we'd love to hear from you. Previous embroidery experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Set up and operate commercial embroidery machines. Hoop and position garments and other products accurately. Thread machines and make adjustments for different materials and designs. Monitor machines during production and troubleshoot basic issues. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Trim excess backing and thread and complete final finishing. Fold, package, and prepare completed orders for delivery. Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow production schedules, job instructions, and quality standards. Work as part of a team to meet customer deadlines. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Dependability and a strong work ethic. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to stay focused while performing repetitive production tasks. Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods. Ability to safely lift and handle light-to-medium weight garments and materials. Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and skills.
