Job Description

OVERALL ROLE
The Packing Operator works to package material into boxes and prepares materials for shipping.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Pack products into boxes by following instructions. Count products accurately using a counting machine. Remove any damaged or defective material before packing. Keep track of product counts and complete required paperwork. Report all discrepancies to a supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow company quality policy and objectives. Help ensure customers receive the correct, quality products.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to learn how to use counting meters and change core sizes. Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
