Job Description
Assembler OpMobility Exterior is seeking dependable Assemblers to support production in an automotive manufacturing facility that produces vehicle bumpers . This role involves assembling parts, inspecting products for quality, and keeping up with production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be comfortable standing for long periods and working required overtime as needed. Key Responsibilities Assemble automotive bumper components according to production standards Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality and accuracy Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Move materials and parts within the production area as needed Report defective materials, quality concerns, or equipment issues to leadership Meet daily production and quality expectations Work overtime as required to meet customer and production demands Requirements Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Good attendance and dependability are required Must be willing to work overtime, including possible weekends Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motion Ability to lift up to 35-50 pounds as needed Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and moving machinery Work Environment Automotive manufacturing facility producing bumpers Fast-paced, team-oriented production setting Exposure to manufacturing noise and moving equipment PPE required as assigned Dress Code Black work pants required Steel toe shoes or boots required
