Blythewood, SC Pay Rate:

$17.00/hour temp to hire, with pay increase if hired permanently.

Shift:

6:45am-7pm (2-2-3 Schedule) (

Example:

You would work 2 days in a row, have 2 days off, then work 3 days in a row and have 3 days off. Essentially working every other weekend.) Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to meet quality and production standards.
• Read and interpret work orders, and production specifications.
• Perform basic machine setup, including tooling, dies, and fixtures.
• Inspect parts throughout the production process using precision.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify maintenance of equipment concerns. Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing or machine operator experience.
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Technician, CNC Operator, Manufacturing Technician, or Industrial Equipment Operator is strongly preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and perform basic machine adjustments.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds frequently throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
